I (we) do not always want to post my (our) work on Mix. Most of the time I (we) only want to post on Tumblr or Facebook. So please fiftythreenyc gif us the choice…
Heather at 53 just told me that they are working on an improvement to Paper that will make it easier to share your own work without posting to Mix. She doesn´t have a timeline for implementation, but it should be sooner rather than later, she says. Good news! I love Paper and 53!
To My Paper 53 Buddies: the NEW paper app gives you the option to share your art work as you always have. Simply click on the share segment. You will notice 3 very tiny dots underneath it. Click on the second tiny dot and you will see the old icons for sharing to your camera roll, email, etc. Hope this helps 😊💗🌸 Leah2mac
Today, my FiftyThree colleagues and I launched Mix, an open platform for creativity, built right into our award-winning iPad app, Paper. Now, you can share a page in Paper with creators around the world and work on it together. Put your sketches and ideas out there, and see what comes back.
So exciting! 💗😊
My work at FiftyThree involves observing and featuring our customers’ sketches and ideas. I’ve been incredibly moved by the collaborations and connections that have happened naturally here on Tumblr between people who have never met. Imagine what’s possible now that you can brainstorm, problem solve, and co-create together. It’s a new era for creativity and collaborative thinking. I hope you’ll join us. (Long story short: The FCC is about to make a critical decision as to whether or not internet service providers have to treat all traffic equally. If they choose wrong, then the internet where anyone can start a website for any reason at all, the internet that’s been so momentous, funny, weird, and surprising—that internet could cease to exist. Here’s your chance to preserve a beautiful thing.)
